We're excited to announce several improvements to Luvelo's HR Incident Management module to make incident management more flexible, secure and efficient. Here's what's new:

Managing Incident Persons & Reports
- Multiple reports per incident person: You can now link multiple incident reports to the same incident person, making it easier to capture all relevant information for a single incident.
- Remove unused incident persons: Incident persons with no associated reports can now be removed from an incident to keep records clean and accurate.
- Unlink incident reports: Accidentally linked a report to the wrong person? You can now unlink it without affecting the rest of the incident.

Incident Lifecycle
- Cancel incidents: Incidents can now be cancelled. A cancellation reason is required, and Luvelo automatically records who cancelled the incident, when it was cancelled, and the reason for the cancellation to provide a complete audit trail.

Security & Access
- New HRIncidents security role: Access to Incident Management is now controlled by the HRIncidents role. The HRManager role is no longer required to access the module.
- Improved access control: The Incidents list now displays only the incidents that you have permission to view, improving privacy and security.

If your Approvals list is getting crowded, there's an easy way to find what you're looking for.

How to use it:
- Go to Tasks → Approvals.
- Locate the Application dropdown in the top-right corner.
- Select the application you want to view (for example, Supply Chain).
- Your approvals list will automatically filter to show only approvals from that application.

This makes it much faster to find the approvals you need without scrolling through unrelated requests.

We’re excited to announce that you can now copy and share a form's link directly from the Forms list screen — no need to open the form at all!

Here’s what’s new:
- Instant Sharing – See the form in the list? Just hit the share icon in the Actions column, copy the link, and you're done.
- Zero Friction – No admin rights needed. Even if you didn't create the form — or the creator has left the org — you can still grab the link yourself.
- Same Permissions – Copying the link does not give you admin rights over the form. Your existing access level stays exactly the same.
‍- Do you need to open the form details first? Absolutely not!

Luvelo now lets you:
- Spot the form instantly in the list
- Click the share icon in the Actions column
- Copy the link and send it right away
